Open Question: How much money for 3 week trip to Japan?

Im from the UK. How much money for 3 week trip to Japan...(not including flights and accomadation) plan to get a 14 day JRP and go from Tokyo to Nagano to Kyoto to Osaka to Nara to Yokohama to Tokyo. Besides the JRP how much money for transport and food and attractions and souvenirs/ whatever else I need to survive for 3 weeks.
