The police of Kizu Police Station arrested Takahiro Kaji (52 years old) who lives in Suzaku City, Nara Prefecture and who works in a landscape industry for suspicion of Kyoto's nuisance laws violation (groping) on May 15, 2010. He denies his suspicion and says "I didn't touch.".
