I do believe China should be held accountable as well because we are the two highest c02 emitters on the planet. BUt I see no reason for CHina to sign it if we don't, a mere 7% reduction in co2 emissions returning to the 1990 level. ONly Americans are stupid enough to not sign the Kyoto Protocol, h... read more

I am planning to have a free and easy trip in japan during Oct. I am looking to go to tokyo, osaka and Kyoto. Are these good choices?
